Parthenon Pavilion is the oldest and largest private psychiatric hospital in Middle Tennessee. Parthenon Pavilion provides psychiatric treatment based on the belief that mental illness is treatable in a supportive, therapeutic environment. We provide a full range of services in a variety of settings to meet the needs of children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Each patient at Parthenon Pavilion receives individualized treatment based on a plan of care developed by a team of health care professionals conducting comprehensive assessments.
The interdisciplinary team is lead by a Board Certified psychiatrist and includes: internal medicine, nursing, social work, pharmacy and activity therapies. Other health care providers, such as Clinical Dietician, Case Manager and Patient Advocate may be consulted as determined necessary by the treatment team. Each unit is provided with therapeutic treatment modalities including a variety of group and individual therapies lead by the members of the treatment team. These therapeutic interventions address crisis intervention and aftercare plans.
